Computer Support & Set-up
Whilst manufacturers have made computer support and set-up easier in recent years, we know that it can still be time consuming and a little daunting. We have been offering a computer support & set-up service to clients in Cambridge & surrounding areas since 2009.
At Squeaky Mouse we understand that you may not have the technical know-how, time or inclination to set up your home computer. So let us come and do it for you! We have many years’ experience of setting up all types of computers (desktop, laptop and/or tablet) and associated equipment. We can visit your home and get everything up & running for you.
We’ll ensure that your computer, printer, networks and any other equipment are all setup, configured and working correctly. We’ll check that your software, mouse, keyboard and webcam (where necessary) are all functioning correctly. In addition we can offer advice on wi-fi and how to get the best from your broadband.
If you need to transfer data, documents, images etc. from your old computer to your new one, we can also help with that. Need help with anti-virus software? No problem, we’ll ensure that you have the latest anti-virus protection installed, keeping you and your family safe online.
Ongoing Support
Would you like regular, ongoing support to help with computer and/or IT issues? In addition to our hourly rates (where we collect your equipment or you bring it to us), we also offer a remote support package. This means that we are available at any time (during office hours) to help you remotely with any IT related issues.
Our remote support package costs just £120.00 per year (the equivalent of £10.00 per month) and includes unlimited remote support.

Our Fees
Our computer support & set-up fee is £75.00 per hour (or part thereof).
We can either come to you, or you can visit our premises.
